Welcome to the Release, Reconnect, & Recognize course: Made for the woman ready to develop a greater intimacy with herself emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually. Over the course of 13 weeks, I will teach you how to release the limiting stories of the past, to reconnect with your inner being as you establish more supportive beliefs, and to both recognize and utilize the truth of your power as a co-creator of this reality. The work we will do together focusses on 3 main pillars, an acronym I created called S.A.S. S. Storytelling: You will become more aware of your thoughts as you learn to identify the stories you are telling yourself about who you are, who you get to be, and how reality gets to work for someone like you. A. Attuning: You will learn to attune to yourself, emotionally, as you begin to focus on what you need. This is all about reparenting yourself. It's the work you do with the unhelpful stories you've identified. S. Spirituality: Practice principals from the Laws of Attraction and Assumption. Develop a greater connection with your inner being, or soul. Learn to trust and listen to your own internal guidance. Tap into, connect with, and deliberately co-create with the Universe.
