How To Move Through Disappointment, Fears, Or Anything Else

I know that it can sometimes feel easier to focus on the wrongdoings of others, or all of the things going wrong.


But the truth is: No amount of talking about what what's going wrong is going to create a new experience for you.


Shifting your focus to yourself in these moments isn’t about placing the blame— it’s about turning your pain into productivity.


In those moments when you're:

❤️‍🩹 Scared that you might get ghosted by this new guy that you really like…

❤️‍🩹 Second guessing your intuition, and are seeking out someone else for validation…

❤️‍🩹 Feeling like your manifestations aren't coming in...

Your job is to get curious instead of judgmental.


When we judge ourselves, we halt forward movement because we feel condemned and become closed off. On the other hand, curiosity supports us in opening up instead of shutting down.


❤️‍🔥 Here are 3 questions to ask yourself that will support your reflection and help you move forward after disappointment, fears coming up, or any other unpleasant experiences:


1️⃣ What do I think this experience means about me? the world? relationships? my job? etc etc etc

2️⃣ If this experience were just a reflection of how I expect to be treated… what unhelpful things might I be expecting right now?

3️⃣ If this experience turned around and went my way, what would happen? And what part of me doesn’t believe that I can have *that* better feeling experience?


When you have these answers, you know exactly what you need to shift. You'll know exactly what's not working for you.


You'll use this tool to level up instead of downward spiral. I use it. My most successful clients use it. My multi-millionaire and high six figure coaches, teachers, and mentors use it.


The people who are growing, healing, and attracting better circumstances understand that being triggered is an opportunity to get curious with yourself.
