How To Use Your Focus To Attract Success

You attract what you focus on. This is why the greatest manifesters have mastered the art of deliberately shifting their focus.


But most people don’t do that. Most people get caught up in their fears and doubts. Most people spend more time thinking “what if it doesn’t work out” than thinking “I’m sure that it’s working out.”


This happens for a myriad of reasons, including but not limited to our self worth and self esteem, but it doesn’t matter in today’s post. Because today’s post is about shifting it. Today’s post is about releasing it.


Because really, all you’ve got to do is think differently, and use your focus differently, in order to feel differently about… everything. And when you think and and feel and focus differently… you attract differently. Because you’re vibrating differently.


The thought, “what if it doesn’t work out?” is in the vibration of doubt and fear and worry, to say the least.


The thought, “I’m sure that it’s working out” is in the vibration of positive expectation and confidence and worthiness.


Those are two very different energies that are going to call forth two very different results.


So, to shift, we use our time and focus differently. deliberately.


You know the time that you spend worrying about whether or not it’s working? Or the time that you spend checking the numbers and being disappointed that they’re not moving quickly enough? Or the time you spend worrying about whether or not he’s going to text you back or he’s going to ghost you?


Yeah, this works in every aspect of life, girl.


I suggest working on your energy and mindset, instead. If I was you, I’d be spending my time on searching for and shifting the thought patterns within me that say I can’t have the success that I want.


And I'd be spending the rest of my time visualizing the numbers going up. I’d be spending that time scripting and riffing on how much my life has changed so quickly and easily. I’d be spending my time going on riffs about how much men love to be romantically involved with me and how much of a catch I am. I’d be spending that time focussing on what it feels like to be loved and adored and sought after and committed to.


The people who I know that are the most successful, multimillionaires with husbands and oh-so-adorable babies? This is what they do.


Abraham Hicks calls it pre-paving the energy. People in the Law of Assumption world call it living in the end.


It really doesn’t matter what you call it, as long as you practice it.


And living in the end is much easier when you’ve let go of all of the reasons why you can’t live in it.


When you’ve let go of the fears that you aren’t good enough. Or the worry that people won’t want what you have to offer. Or the idea that men don’t want commitment or that you can only get a man who is rich and ugly or poor and hot… You know, there are so many unhelpful thoughts circulating popular internet culture that we can choose from. The point is that these unhelpful beliefs attract more thoughts just like them into your mind.


It’s your job to slow down that momentum. It’s your job to create and strengthen new neural pathways.
